• New Research Project (PDF)
  Requests the set-up of a new project funded from internal or external funds. REPLACES AND EXPANDS "New PeopleSoft Project from Internal University Sources" FORM.
• Conference (Word)
  Requests a new project to be used for conference funding. Identifies various sources of support, the date, location and purpose of all conferences, workshops and seminars.
  NOTE: University Conference Fund (UCF) awards must be held separately and are the result of an application to the UCF program. See the RSO-administered internal grants section to apply.
• Capital Health Authority Salary Project (PDF)

  Requests a salary project funded strictly by Capital Health Authority.
