"Why Markets Fail" -Keynote speaker Dr Randall Morck is the Stephen A Jarislowsky Distinguished Chair in Finance in the School of Business. He is also the Director of the Canadian Corporate Governance Institute, a Senior Research Associate at the Harvard Law School, and a Research Associate at both the US National Bureau of Economic Research and the European Corporate Governance Institute in Brussels. A panel discussion moderated by Dr Linda Hughes (Chancellor of the University of Alberta) and featuring distinguished U of A researchers from various faculties will follow Dr Morck’s presentation.
